PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Suspended-load electronic weighing with an upper lifting connection, scale body and lower safety-latch hook. Rated capacity, scale interval and power supply depend on the confirmed model.

Description
An electronic crane scale measures a suspended load through a load cell positioned between the upper lifting connection and the lower hook. It supports weighing during controlled lifting operations. The scale, crane and all lifting accessories must be selected for the actual load and operating conditions.
Technical Characteristics
Equipment type
Electronic suspended-load crane scale
Measurement principle
Load-cell-based suspended weight measurement
Load connection
Upper shackle and lower hook in the illustrated configuration
Hook arrangement
Safety latch on the lower hook
Weight display
Digital display on the scale body
Working alignment
Vertical loading; avoid side pull and shock loading
Installation space
Check total assembly height and lifting headroom
Verification
Calibrate with appropriate reference loads
Applications
Suitable controlled weighing tasks for suspended materials in workshops, warehouses and material-handling operations.
Notice
Do not exceed the lowest rated capacity of any part of the lifting system. Do not stand under suspended loads. The scale is not an overload limiter for the crane. Wireless, high-temperature and legal-for-trade versions are separate configurations.

FAQs

WeiLe Machinery focuses on fog cannons, spray and dry fog dust suppression systems, industrial dust collectors, industrial weighing and batching, powder handling and flow control, silo filters and components, and concrete mixer wear parts. Product selection depends on the material, application and installation conditions.

Shipping is planned around the packed dimensions, weight and destination. Large equipment may require sea freight and a specific container or loading arrangement. Suitable small parts may travel by air or courier. Packing, freight charges, delivery terms and customs responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation or contract.

We can review your application, drawings and installation requirements to assess a suitable configuration or replacement part. Equipment changes require a technical review. Parts must be checked against the machine model, part number, dimensions and interfaces; similar appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

Send the product required, application details, quantity and destination. For replacement parts, include the machine model and part details. After technical review, confirm the specification, supply scope, price, payment terms and delivery schedule. The order then proceeds according to the agreed production or supply, inspection and shipping arrangements.

Support for supplied products is agreed according to the equipment or component involved. It may include operating and maintenance guidance, remote troubleshooting and spare-parts assistance. Before ordering, confirm warranty coverage, installation and commissioning responsibilities, and the availability and cost of any on-site service.
